Nestled in the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains, this rare lot is available in the Black Butte Sub. The lot has hiking access to forest service (it is quite a ways but you see it) and the East Rosebud River. There is designated parkland with a seasonal stream adjoining this lot. This parkland is owned by the Black Butte Ranch Owners Assoc. We found an old map and we believe this stream is called Moss Creek. It is worth the drive just to see the beauty of this area. Make sure to stop for lunch at the Grizzly Bar in Roscoe, MT. HOA Dues are primarily used for road maintenance and repair. Lot 79 next door is also available.
